Course objective:

 

  • To introduce the fundamental concepts of quality
  • To explain the quality management components
  • To explain the evolution of quality
  • To explain the Deming’s Principles, Total Quality Management (TQM)
  • To explain the process approach and quality tools and techniques for process improvement
  • To explain the dimensions of quality in different areas of society
  • To introduce the fundamental quality standards
