I received the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics at the Hacettepe University, co-advised by Prof. Haşmet Gürçay from Department of Mathematics, Hacettepe University and Assoc. Prof. Tolga Çapın from Department of Computer Engineering, TED University. My current research focuses on data driven and physics based character animation, retrieval of motion capture data, information search, motion reconstruction, data driven and physics based tracking of human motion in video sequences. I am working in MIDAS Human Motion Capture Lab.

I am also research assistant and lecturer at Hacettepe University, Department of Mathematics.
