Dr. S. Çağlar Başlamışlı graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, Turkey, in June 1999. He obtained his M.Sc degree in June 2001 from the same department. He pursued his PhD studies at the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey, starting from February 2003 until graduation in February 2007. Currently, he is a Full Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. His research interests include automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics control and robust control. He is the General Manager of Versus Mühendislik.
