Introduction to Finite Element Method/Ansys

Course starts with an introduction to Finite Element Method. 1D-2D and 3D heat tranfer equations of Finite element method are derived. Algorithms on how to write a code using these equations are shown. (Students are NOT required to know any programming language since only algorithms and flow charts are going to be shown in the course). 1D-2D and 3D strength of materials equations are derived and algorithms of these equations are shown. Practial applications of Strength of Materials, Heat transfer and coupled field problems are done on ANSYS.
