Scope of the Course: The Course is aimed primarily at students who intend to specialize in managing human resources or to increase their managerial skills and capabilities in work life. For this purpose, the course is designed to provide basic practical and theoratical knowledge developed in the field.

Basic Requirements: Regularly attendance and participation in the class are considered two very important aspects of learning process by the instructor. There will be two mid-term and one final exams.

Contribution of Each Class Activity to the Final Grade:

40 % Mid-Term Exam

60 % Final Exam –Attention ! 50 percent of final exam is necessary for getting a pass grade.
