Scope of the Course: The course aims at establishing
a conscious understanding on how information technologies be effective and
increase productivity in public service delivery. In this context, information
technologies (IT) are explained and IT applications in management/ administration
and e-bureaucracy in public administration are discussed.
Basic
Requirements: Regularly attendance and
participation in the class are considered two very important aspects of
learning process by the instructor. There will be one performance homework and
one final exams.
Contribution of Each Class
Activity to the Final Grade:

% Mid-Term Exam
60
% Final Exam –Attention ! 50 percent of final exam is
necessary for getting a pass grade.
