Hakan Tuzun is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. His current work involves the design of rich learning environments, frequently with the aid of technology but also by considering the culture of the learners and the communities they are part of.
