Welcome… Sure you have a cause to contact with me :) No matter what the cause is, you can find the related link and the information you need easily. Because my page is designed by Aygün Schiesser who is very special for me. Meanwhile, I would like to thank a mill to her.

I started my scientific life with my dreams including to be a microbiologist then continued with honey bees life of which Iadmire . I completed my Msc. and PhD thesis about Honey Bees Microbiological and Parasitic Diseases. I have been going to the several Beekeepers seminars in almost every proninces of Turkey. I’m a member of the different organizations about honey bees in all over the World ((Apimondia, COLOSS (Prevention of Colony Losses) , Apislavya, IBRA(International Bee Research Assoc.)). Besides, I am at the vice-director status of Hacettepe University Bee and Bee Products Research and Application Center.

I had been responsible for the practical studies and laboratory experiments of Microbiology and Parasitology lectures as a Research Assistant for many years. Now, I’m contributing the licence programme of Biology Department as Asist. Prof.  I’m giving Probiotics lecture for the undergraduate students, Microbial Analyses of Bee Products and Insect Immunology for post-graduate (Msc and PhD programmes).

Except microbiology and honey bees, my main interest is kids… I think that their fresh and excellent brains and soft hearts should be filled by beautiful and good things all the time. By this reason,  I always want to leave at least a smallest benefit  of my each job to kids. One of these parts is my story book I wrote to explain the scientific and amazing life of honey bees to kids as fairy tales. At the same time, IBRA preferred to publish the book in English. Now, both Turkish and all kids in the World will read it….
